  • Uygulamadan: Ayarlar › Hesap ve güvenlik › Hesabımı sil. İşlem anında gerçekleşir.
  • Uygulamaya giremiyorsan kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@pupue.com adresine yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
  • Profilin hemen silinir ve anonimleştirilir, içeriklerin herkesten gizlenir. Gizlenen içeriklerin de kalıcı olarak silinmesini e-postayla isteyebilirsin; yedeklerdeki kopyalar en geç 90 gün içinde silinir.

PuPue hesabını ve hesabına bağlı verileri iki yoldan silebilirsin. Bu sayfa her iki yolu, nelerin silindiğini ve nelerin ne kadar süre saklanabileceğini açıklar.

01Uygulamadan silme

  1. PuPue uygulamasını aç ve silmek istediğin hesapla giriş yap.
  2. Profil sekmesine geç ve Ayarlar'ı aç.
  3. Hesap ve güvenlik bölümünde Hesabımı sil'e dokun.
  4. İstersen bir sebep seç, onay için kullanıcı adını yaz ve istenirse şifreni gir.
  5. Silmeyi onayla. Hesabın hemen kapatılır ve oturumun sonlanır.

02E-postayla silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan silme talebini e-postayla iletebilirsin:

  • Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@pupue.com adresine yaz. Google ile giriş yaptıysan Google hesabının e-posta adresini kullan.
  • Konu satırına “Hesap silme talebi” yaz ve kullanıcı adını belirt.
  • Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.
  • Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve e-postayla bilgi veririz.

03Neler silinir

  • Profil bilgilerin: görünen adın, profil fotoğrafın, telefon numaran ve e-posta adresin silinir; kullanıcı adın serbest kalır.
  • İçeriklerin: gönderilerin, Pues’lerin, listelerin, kitap ve manga içeriklerin diğer kullanıcılardan hemen gizlenir; yorumların kaldırılır, hikâyelerin sona erer, canlı yayının varsa kapanır.
  • Bağlantıların: takip, arkadaşlık ve engelleme ilişkilerin, bildirimlerin ve kanal üyeliklerin silinir.
  • Oturumların ve cihazların: tüm oturumların kapatılır, cihaz bildirim belirteçlerin silinir ve hesaba yeniden giriş yapılamaz.
  • Kalan kopyalar: gizlenen içeriklerin ve medya dosyaların anonimleştirilmiş hesapla birlikte, kimseye gösterilmeden saklanır. Bunların da kalıcı olarak silinmesini istersen kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@pupue.com adresine yaz; aşağıdaki istisnalar dışında en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz. Veritabanı yedeklerindeki kopyalar, yedekler yenilendikçe en geç 90 gün içinde silinir.

05Zaman çizelgesi

  • Hemen: hesabın kapatılır, profilin silinir ve anonimleştirilir, içeriklerin gizlenir, oturumların sonlanır.
  • 30 gün içinde: e-postayla gelen silme talepleri sonuçlandırılır.
  • 30 gün içinde: gizlenen içeriklerin kalıcı silinmesini istediysen bu talep de sonuçlandırılır.
  • 90 gün içinde: yedeklerdeki kopyalar silinir.
  • Yasal süreler sonunda: saklanan kayıtlar silinir ya da anonim hâle getirilir.

Hesap silme geri alınamaz. VIP aboneliğin varsa hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için Google Play’de profil simgesine dokun, Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler bölümünden PuPue aboneliğini iptal et.

06Hesabı silmeden veri silme

Hesabını kapatmadan da verilerini silebilirsin:

  • Gönderilerini, Pues’lerini, yorumlarını ve listelerini uygulamada ilgili içeriğin menüsünden tek tek silebilirsin.
  • Profil bilgilerini düzenleyebilir veya kaldırabilirsin.
  • Belirli verilerinin silinmesini istiyorsan info@pupue.com adresine “Veri silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönder; en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.

Delete your PuPue account

At a glance

  • In the app: Settings › Account & security › Delete my account. It takes effect immediately.
  • If you can’t get into the app, email info@pupue.com from your registered address; we complete requests within 30 days.
  • Your profile is deleted and anonymised at once and your content is hidden from everyone. You can ask by email for the hidden content to be permanently deleted too; copies in backups are deleted within 90 days.
  • Some records we are legally required to keep are retained for the periods listed below.

You can delete your PuPue account and the data linked to it in two ways. This page explains both, what is deleted and what may be kept, and for how long.

01Delete in the app

  1. Open the PuPue app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to the Profile tab and open Settings.
  3. Under Account & security, tap Delete my account.
  4. Optionally choose a reason, type your username to confirm and enter your password if asked.
  5. Confirm. Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.

02Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:

  • Email info@pupue.com from the email address registered to your account. If you signed in with Google, use your Google account’s email address.
  • Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include your username.
  • We may ask for additional information to confirm the account is yours.
  • We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

03What is deleted

  • Your profile: your display name, profile photo, phone number and email address are deleted; your username becomes available again.
  • Your content: your posts, Pues, lists, book and manga content are hidden from other users at once; your comments are removed, your stories end and any live stream is closed.
  • Your connections: follows, friendships, blocks, notifications and channel memberships are deleted.
  • Your sessions and devices: all sessions are signed out, device notification tokens are deleted and the account can no longer be signed in to.
  • Remaining copies: your hidden content and media files are kept with the anonymised account and shown to no one. If you want them permanently deleted as well, email info@pupue.com from your registered address; we delete them within 30 days, except as listed below. Copies in database backups are deleted as backups rotate, within 90 days at the latest.

05Timeline

  • Immediately: your account is closed, your profile is deleted and anonymised, your content is hidden and your sessions end.
  • Within 30 days: deletion requests received by email are completed.
  • Within 30 days: if you asked for your hidden content to be permanently deleted, that request is completed too.
  • Within 90 days: copies in backups are deleted.
  • At the end of legal periods: retained records are deleted or anonymised.

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you have a VIP subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. To stop renewals, tap your profile icon in Google Play and cancel the PuPue subscription under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

06Delete data without deleting your account

You can also delete data without closing your account:

  • Delete individual posts, Pues, comments and lists from the content’s menu in the app.
  • Edit or remove your profile details.
  • To have specific data deleted, email info@pupue.com with the subject “Data deletion request”; we complete it within 30 days at the latest.
