  • Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) ve çocuk cinsel istismarı materyaline (CSAM) karşı sıfır tolerans uygularız.

Bu sayfa, HTE Company’nin PuPue mobil uygulamasında ve PuPue web uygulamalarında çocukları korumak için uyguladığı standartları açıklar. Bu standartlar Google Play’in Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları politikasıyla ve yürürlükteki mevzuatla uyumludur ve Kullanım Koşulları'nın ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır.

01Taahhüdümüz

Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı sıfır tolerans politikası uygularız. Çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM) üretmek, paylaşmak, saklamak, talep etmek, satmak veya yaymak PuPue’nin hiçbir yerinde kabul edilmez: akış, Pues, hikâyeler, birebir sohbetler, gruplar, kanallar, canlı yayınlar, rastgele eşleşmeler, kitap ve manga içerikleri, oyunlar ve web uygulamalarımız dahil.

Bu kuralın istisnası yoktur. Mizah, sanat, kurgu veya “eğitim” amacı taşıdığı iddia edilen içerikler de bu yasağın kapsamındadır.

02Yaş şartı

PuPue yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. Hesap açan herkes bu şartı karşıladığını kabul eder.

Profil bilgileri, paylaşımlar veya bildirimler bir hesabın reşit olmayan birine ait olabileceğini gösterdiğinde hesabı incelemeye alırız. Reşit olmadığı anlaşılan hesapları kapatırız. Bir çocuğun PuPue kullandığını düşünüyorsan info@pupue.com adresine yaz.

03Yasaklanan içerik ve davranışlar

Aşağıdakiler kesinlikle yasaktır:

  • Çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM): reşit olmayanları cinsel bir bağlamda gösteren her türlü fotoğraf, video, ses veya metin; çizim, animasyon, manga ve çizgi roman ya da yapay zekâ ile üretilmiş içerikler dahil.
  • Çocukların cinselleştirilmesi: reşit olmayanlar hakkında cinsel yorumlar, cinsel nitelikli rol yapma ve reşit olmayan gibi görünen kişilerin cinselleştirilmesi.
  • Grooming (çocuk kandırma): bir çocukla cinsel amaçla güven ilişkisi kurmaya çalışmak; özel görüntü, kişisel bilgi veya iletişim bilgisi istemek; buluşma ayarlamaya çalışmak.
  • Sekstorsiyon: özel görüntüler veya bilgiler üzerinden tehdit, şantaj ya da zorlama.
  • Çocuk ticareti ve sömürüsü: çocukların cinsel amaçla satışı, reklamı veya ticareti.
  • Bu tür içeriklere bağlantı vermek, bunları aramak, talep etmek ya da çocuk istismarını öven, normalleştiren veya kolaylaştıran içerikler paylaşmak.
  • Bir çocuğun kimliğini, konumunu veya kişisel bilgilerini onu tehlikeye atacak şekilde paylaşmak.

04Uygulama içinde bildirme ve engelleme

Bildirme ve engelleme araçları PuPue’nin her yerinde birkaç dokunuş uzağındadır:

  • Gönderiler, Pues, yorumlar ve hikâyeler: içeriğin menüsündeki (⋯) Bildir seçeneği.
  • Profiller: profildeki menüden (⋯) Bildir veya Engelle.
  • Sohbetler, gruplar ve kanallar: sohbet menüsünden Bildir veya Engelle.
  • Rastgele tanış: eşleşme ekranının üstünde her zaman görünen Bildir düğmesi.
  • Canlı yayınlar: yayın ekranındaki menüden Bildir.

Bildirirken en uygun sebebi seç (ör. “Çıplaklık ya da cinsel içerik”) ve açıklama alanına bir çocuğun söz konusu olduğunu kısaca yaz. Bildirilen kişiye kimliğin açıklanmaz. Engellediğin kişi seninle iletişim kuramaz.

05Moderasyon ve inceleme

  • Yüklenen görseller, çıplaklık ve cinsel içerik dahil yasaklı içerikleri tespit etmek için otomatik araçlarla taranır. Şüpheli içerikler yayından kaldırılır veya incelemeye alınır.
  • Bildirimler insan moderatörler tarafından incelenir. Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili bildirimler öncelikli olarak ve en kısa sürede ele alınır.
  • Rastgele görüntülü eşleşmelerde karşı tarafın görüntüsü ilk saniyelerde bulanık gelir ve Bildir düğmesi eşleşme boyunca görünür kalır.
  • Moderatörlerimiz bu tür içerikleri tanımak, kanıtları korumak ve vakaları güvenli biçimde yetkililere iletmek üzere yönlendirilir.

06Yaptırımlar

Bu standartları ihlal eden içerik ve hesaplara karşı şu adımları atarız:

  1. Derhal kaldırma: içerik hemen yayından kaldırılır ve erişime kapatılır.
  2. Kalıcı kapatma: ilgili hesaplar kalıcı olarak kapatılır ve yeni hesap açma girişimleri engellenir.
  3. Kanıtların korunması: içerik, hesap bilgileri ve ilgili kayıtlar hukuki süreçler için güvenli biçimde saklanır; kanıt niteliğindeki veriler silinmez.
  4. Yetkililere bildirim: vakalar Türkiye’de Cumhuriyet başsavcılıklarına, kolluk kuvvetlerine ve ilgili ulusal kurumlara; uygulanabildiği durumlarda ABD Ulusal Kayıp ve İstismar Edilmiş Çocuklar Merkezi’ne (NCMEC) ve diğer ülkelerin yetkili kuruluşlarına bildirilir.

07Yetkililerle iş birliği

Kolluk kuvvetleri ve yetkili makamlarla tam iş birliği yaparız. Hukuka uygun talepleri öncelikle yanıtlar, soruşturma sürerken ilgili verilerin korunması taleplerini yerine getiririz.

08Mevzuata uyum

Türk Ceza Kanunu’nun çocukların cinsel istismarına ve müstehcenliğe ilişkin hükümleri, 5651 sayılı İnternet Ortamında Yapılan Yayınların Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve çocuk koruma alanındaki diğer mevzuata uyarız. Hizmetin sunulduğu diğer ülkelerde de geçerli çocuk güvenliği yasalarına ve bildirim yükümlülüklerine uyarız.

10Uygulama dışından bildirme

  • E-posta: info@pupue.com adresine “Çocuk Güvenliği” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kullanıcı adını, içeriğin bağlantısını ve yaklaşık zamanı yaz.
  • Acil durum: bir çocuk yakın tehlikedeyse önce 112'yi ara.
  • Türkiye: internetteki çocuk istismarı içeriklerini İhbar Web üzerinden ya da en yakın kolluk birimine bildirebilirsin.
  • Diğer ülkeler: NCMEC CyberTipline veya INHOPE ağındaki ülkendeki ihbar hattı.

Önemli: İstismar içeriğinin kendisini e-postaya ekleme, indirme veya başkalarıyla paylaşma. Bu, yasa dışıdır ve çocuğa yeniden zarar verir. Kullanıcı adı, bağlantı ve zaman bilgisi incelememiz için yeterlidir.

11Güncellemeler

Bu standartları düzenli olarak gözden geçirir ve gerektiğinde güncelleriz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih, yürürlük tarihidir.

This page sets out the standards HTE Company applies to protect children in the PuPue mobile app and PuPue’s web apps. They are aligned with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law, and form an integral part of our Terms of Use.

01Our commitment

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Creating, sharing, storing, requesting, selling or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is not allowed anywhere on PuPue: the feed, Pues, stories, direct chats, groups, channels, live streams, random matches, book and manga content, games and our web apps.

There are no exceptions. Content claimed to be humour, art, fiction or “educational” is covered by this ban too.

02Age requirement

PuPue is only for people aged 18 and over. Everyone who creates an account confirms that they meet this requirement.

When profile details, posts or reports suggest that an account may belong to a minor, we review it. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed. If you believe a child is using PuPue, email info@pupue.com.

03Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any photo, video, audio or text depicting minors in a sexual context, including drawings, animation, manga and comics, and AI-generated content.
  • Sexualisation of minors: sexual comments about minors, sexual role-play and sexualising people who appear to be minors.
  • Grooming: trying to build trust with a child for sexual purposes; asking for private images, personal details or contact information; trying to arrange a meeting.
  • Sextortion: threats, blackmail or coercion using private images or information.
  • Trafficking and exploitation: selling, advertising or trading children for sexual purposes.
  • Linking to, searching for or requesting such content, or sharing content that praises, normalises or facilitates child abuse.
  • Sharing a child’s identity, location or personal details in a way that puts them at risk.

04Reporting and blocking in the app

Reporting and blocking are a few taps away everywhere in PuPue:

  • Posts, Pues, comments and stories: Report in the content’s menu (⋯).
  • Profiles: Report or Block from the profile menu (⋯).
  • Chats, groups and channels: Report or Block from the chat menu.
  • Random matching: the Report button that is always visible at the top of the match screen.
  • Live streams: Report from the menu on the stream screen.

When reporting, choose the closest reason (for example, “Nudity or sexual content”) and briefly note in the details that a child is involved. Your identity is not revealed to the person you report. People you block cannot contact you.

05Moderation and review

  • Uploaded images are screened by automated tools to detect prohibited content, including nudity and sexual content. Suspicious content is removed or held for review.
  • Reports are reviewed by human moderators. Child-safety reports are handled with priority and as quickly as possible.
  • In random video matches, the other person’s video is blurred for the first seconds and the Report button stays visible throughout the match.
  • Our moderators are guided to recognise such content, preserve evidence and escalate cases safely to the authorities.

06Enforcement

We take the following steps against content and accounts that violate these standards:

  1. Immediate removal: the content is taken down and access to it is blocked at once.
  2. Permanent ban: the accounts involved are permanently closed, and attempts to create new accounts are blocked.
  3. Evidence preservation: the content, account details and related records are stored securely for legal proceedings; evidential data is not deleted.
  4. Reporting to authorities: cases are reported in Türkiye to public prosecutors, law enforcement and the relevant national authorities, and, where applicable, to the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent organisations in other countries.

07Cooperation with law enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and competent authorities. We prioritise lawful requests and honour requests to preserve relevant data while an investigation is ongoing.

08Compliance with the law

We comply with the provisions of the Turkish Criminal Code on the sexual abuse of children and obscenity, Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Internet Publications, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other child-protection legislation. In other countries where the Service is available, we comply with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations.

10Reporting outside the app

  • Email: send an email to info@pupue.com with the subject “Child Safety”. Include the username, a link to the content and the approximate time.
  • Emergencies: if a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (112 in Türkiye and the EU, 911 in the US).
  • Türkiye: report online child abuse content via İhbar Web or to your nearest law enforcement unit.
  • Other countries: the NCMEC CyberTipline or your national hotline in the INHOPE network.

Important: never attach, download or share the abusive content itself. Doing so is illegal and harms the child again. A username, link and time are enough for our review.

11Updates

We review these standards regularly and update them when needed. The date at the top of the page is the effective date.
